Shipping policy

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Technobotix Pvt Ltd. These Shipping Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the shipping services offered by Technobotix Pvt Ltd.
  2. Shipping Methods
    We offer the following shipping methods:
    – Standard Shipping
    – Overnight Shipping(appicable for Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Ahemadabad and cities which are less than 400km away from our office location)
  3. Order Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
  4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
    – Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days
    – Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
  5. Shipping Restrictions
    We currently ship to addresses within Indian subcontinent.
  6. Order Tracking
    You will receive a tracking number via whatsapp and email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order through our carrier’s website.

Replacement Policy

  1. No Return or Refund
    • We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders unless we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for your damaged or incorrect item.
    • However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a replacement as outlined below.
  1. Replacement for Wrong or Damaged Products
    • If you receive a product that is either incorrect or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
    • To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within same day of receiving the item. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with photographic evidence of the wrong or damaged product.
  1. Shipping Charges for Replacement
    • Technobotix will cover all shipping charges for the replacement of wrong or damaged items.
    • Detailed instructions for the return of the incorrect or damaged product will be provided once your replacement request is approved.
  1. Damage Due to User Fault
    • If the product is damaged due to user fault, no replacement will be provided.
    • User-caused damage includes, but is not limited to, improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and neglect.
