General questions

You can pay through multiple payment options on technobotix.in, the checkout page. You can pay through Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, Mobile Payments, Manual bank transfer, UPI and Wallets. You can also apply a coupon that you might receive from technobotix or redeem techno points that you have earned from your previous purchases.

Once the parcel is ready, packed, and shipped, the customer receives an email or/and SMS about the tracking details. We recommend you use those details to track your order.

Note: For any incorrect delivery status issue, we request the customer to please first check with your neighbors, security guard, and watchman and still you face delivery issue then please call and send mail on support@technobotix.in within 48 hrs after the incorrect delivery status of the order.

Please send your order with all the details of your requirement on sales@technobotix.in and we will be providing you with the quote for the same right away. If the SKUs of the products from technobotix.in are mentioned then it would be a lot easier to process your requirement. Please make sure to cover below points:

  1. Name, Email ID and mobile no.
  2. Required product and quantity
  3. GST details

What customer needs to do?

  1. Product code/SKU: It will be found on the product page(just on the right hand side of the product image).

       2. Brief description of your query: Once we receive your query, we will get back             to you soon with the possible answers.

It may happen that the sale of some particular products are faster than the others and may soon get out of stock. Our restocking time generally alters from 3 days to 1 month depending upon the product category. If you still want to know about the restocking time,

Other questions

It happens sometimes, in such cases the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 2-3 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 10-15 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at bank’s end.

What customer needs to do?

2. Email ID used at the time of placing order.                   

3. Any reference number of transaction that you received from bank

4. Product details like SKU and order id.

Well, chances are very feeble that the parcel will have some missing parts or accessories. But even if the customer receives an incomplete order, then please contact us on sales@technobotix.in below details and we will get back to you.

What customer needs to do?

Be ready with these details 

1) Unboxing video 

2) Order number 

3) Email ID used at the time of placing order.  

4) Video of the package which will show the wrong item, what you ordered, what you got – just a brief description which will help us identify the product will be sufficient. 

We will get back to you in 48 hours and we will mail you if we need further information, else we will ship you the product which you actually intended (‘The Right Product’)

Why will we ask for further information?                                                         

Our operations run on an automated system, if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items, and this way we will be sure.                                                                                                         

Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, we will ask the customer to send the wrong item back to us.

 

If the customer has a valid GST (in case the customer belongs to an organization having a GST number) details, he/she can mention it while placing an order from technobotix. Still, if you want any alterations to be done in the GST invoice received from technobotix, then Please contact us on sales@technobotix.in mentioning the below details with your registered Email ID.

1. Order ID and GST details.

2. Alterations to be done in the invoice.

Once we receive your mail, we will provide you with the invoice. Please note, we will not be able to provide you with the GST invoice once the order is dispatched. It is recommended that the customer raises invoice requests soon after placing an order.
